Meridian’s O.D. Mount Flange Facing Machines (“ODMs”) are the pinnacle in the industry for flange facing applications. Our ODM sizes range from 8” to 120” with the capability to machine down to center or up to 240”.

8” & 12” OD Mount Machines

These machines are our aluminum made ODMs, and are able to be set by a single individual without crane support.  The 8” ODM can mount on 1-1/8” up to 10” and the 12” ODM can mount on a range of 4” up to 14.”  Both machines can machine from 0” and up to ½” over the machines named size. 

20” through 120” OD Mount Machines

These machines come assembled with our standard jaws that provide a mounting range of 10” lesser than the size of the machine.  The 20” through 70” can mount up to an additional 8” above the machines’ named size.  The 80” through 120” can mount up to an additional 10” above the machines’ named size. 

Attachments and accessories are available to meet project specifications, including extension plates, backside attachments and braces, boring quills, extended jaws, and jaw spacer blocks. We also have custom mounting attachments, including our I.D. Mount Kits, allowing extended machining capabilities.
